RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. In the its May 23, 2023 response to my May 22, 2023 OPRA request, the Borough informed me that Officer/Detective Steven Shan issued five complaint charging various violations. The "citation location" information given indicates that the the summons-complaints were issued at "Wildwood Ave & East Longport Ave." I would like copies of all five summons-complaints.

2. In the same OPRA response, the Borough informed me that Officer Jonathan Whitney issued two "Peace Noise and Good Order" summons-complaints on May 23, 2020 and another "Peace Noise and Good Order" summons-complaint on December 23, 2021. I would like copies of all three summons-complaints.

3. A copy of the Borough's "Peace Noise and Good Order" ordinance/code No. 364-93.

4. A copy of the Borough's "Loitering Public Intoxication" ordinance/code No. 194-76.

5. Copy of Borough's contract with Jean Cipriani who I believe is the Borough's attorney.
