Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to and copies of government records maintained by Wallkill Valley Regional High School.

Specifically, I request the complete certification records for the following staff members:

This request includes, but is not limited to, all records reflecting any and all certifications held, applied for, or issued to these individuals, including full documentation related to Certificates of Eligibility (CE), Certificates of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS), Provisional Certificates, Standard Certificates, Emergency Certificates, and any other form of certification, endorsement, authorization, or approval issued by or in coordination with the New Jersey Department of Education.

Please include any supporting documentation, applications, correspondence, statements of assurance, district submissions, verification materials, or communications with the County Superintendent or NJDOE related to the issuance or maintenance of such certifications.

If any portion of this request is denied, please provide a written explanation citing the specific legal basis for the denial, as required under OPRA. If records are withheld or redacted, please identify the nature of the record and the reason for each redaction.
