Good Morning,
We are in receipt of your OPRA request dated May 4, 2026. I am attaching
our OPRA request form for you to complete and return to me. You can also
send your request in an email, however you need to answer the three
questions in box one of the attached form in the body of your email. Once
the proper request is received we will review your request and
respond within seven-business days of receipt.
It would seem that you are requesting dash camera footage regarding an
arrest. We are a public school and would not possess police car dash
camera footage. Possibly you meant to send your request to the Township
of Sparta, which includes the Sparta Township Police Department.
Regards,
Ann
