Requesting ALL financial and budgetary records and all correspondence both paper and electronic emails in regards to South Toms River OEM in regards to reimbursement, spending, and funding to STR Office of Emergency Management Coordinator Kevin McCormick. Federal, State, and Local funding used for the past 5 years from this date. 1/25/2024. Including his email for OEM use.

Good Morning,
Due to the extensiveness of this request, "Requesting ALL financial and
budgetary records and all correspondence both paper and electronic emails
in regards to South Toms River OEM in regards to reimbursement, spending,
and funding to STR Office of Emergency Management Coordinator Kevin
McCormick. Federal, State, and Local funding used for the past 5 years
from this date. 1/25/2024. Including his email for OEM use", the Borough
of South Toms River is requesting an additional 14 business days in
addition to the 7 business days we are allotted to fulfill this request.
This request has been forwarded to our IT department and we are waiting on
an estimate of what they will charge to complete it. Once we receive that
estimate, we will email you with the cost. If you wish to pursue that
part of the request, half of the cost will be submitted before we
authorize our IT department to obtain those records and the other half
before the records are released.

Attached are the financial records for South Toms River OEM for the past 5
years.
The Borough is still waiting on an estimate to retrieve the emails you
requested. As soon as I have the estimate, I will let you know. Half is
due before we approve the IT department to complete this request and the
other half will be due before the information is released.

The Borough of South Toms River is asking for an additional 14 days in
addition to the extension already granted to us. With this additional
time, the due date for your OPRA Request will be March 15, 2024. We are
having more difficulties in producing the emails than originally
anticipated.

In regards to you OPRA Request for "Requesting ALL financial and budgetary

The financial/budgetary records were sent to you on January 31, 2024.
The estimated cost of retrieving the emails from one of the OEM
email addresses is $660.00. $330.00 would be due now before we have the
emails retrieved and the remainder of the balance due before we would
release them to you. Please bear in mind the final cost may be higher or
lower depending on how long it will take them.
Please let me know if you want or do not want to proceed with this
request. The deposit for this request may be dropped off at South Toms
River Borough Hall or mailed in to 19 Double Trouble Rd., South
Toms River, NJ 08757. We accept cash, check, or money order only.
This does not include any fees that may be encumbered in retrieving the
other email address.

Good Morning,
I have not yet heard back on whether or not you wish to proceed with
this request and pay the initial $330 with the balance due before the
information is released. Please let me know by Tuesday, 2/20/24, if you
wish to continue with this request. If I do not hear from you by then, I
will consider this requested to be completed and closed.
