This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Per my original request, I asked for copies of any and all redevelopment agreements, conditional redevelopment agreements, PILOT agreements, and any other agreements between the city of Plainfield and South Terrill Urban Renewal LLC.

The response from Economic Development Director Valerie Jackson on 3/29/19 said: "There are currently no redevelopment and financial agreements between the City of Plainfield and South Terrill Urban Renewal, LLC."

However, on 3/11/19 a "Resolution Authorizing the Conditional Designation of South Terrill Urban Renewal, LLC as Redeveloper for Certain Property Certain Property Identified as Block 625, Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 & 35 on the Tax Map of the City and Commonly Known as 1444-70 South Avenue and 512-16 Terrill Road" was adopted.

So I respectively ask for a second time for a copy of the the conditional redevelopment agreement between the city of Plainfield and South Terrill Urban Renewal LLC.
