Pursuant to your OPRA Request, please see the attached letter and
responsive record from our Fire Official, record from our Code Enforcement
Officer, and the attached Vacant Property List for 2023. Pursuant to your
request regarding condemned properties, please be advised that there are
no responsive records pursuant to your request as there is no inclusive
list of condemned properties within the Borough. Pursuant to your request
regarding properties that have been issued abatement notices, please be
further advised that there are no responsive records pursuant to your
request as there is no inclusive list of properties that have been issued
a notice of abatement. Pursuant to your request regarding “all properties
currently listed with utility shut-off notice,” please be advised that
there that there are no responsive records pursuant to your request as
there is no inclusive list maintained by the Borough of current properties
