Good afternoon,
The Authority is in receipt of your OPRA request for “A digital list of
all active employees hired by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Please
include their job title , department they work in, hire date, and base
salary and overtime pay.” The Authority does not make, maintain, keep or
have access to any such records related to the New Jersey Turnpike
Authority. As such, your request is denied because there are no responsive
records. Pusterhofer v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2005-49
(July 2005).
