Dear Somerset County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please produce the letter Nick Toscano from the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company sent the Fire Academy in regards to him not completing the Firefighter 1 program.
He complained and threatened a law suit. Please provide the letter sent .
