Pursuant to Kieffer v. High Point Reg'l High Sch., No. A-1737-09T2, 2010
WL 5289002, at *3 (App. Div. 2010), letters of resignation are exempt from
disclosure as the release of personnel records are limited to “[a]n
individual's name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of
service in the instrumentality of government and in the government, date
of separation from government service and the reason therefore; and the
amount and type of pension he is receiving.” Kieffer, 2010 WL 5289002, at
*3 (App. Div. 2010) (citing Executive Order No. 11, 1974).

I received some but not all of the information requested. Mr. Gallagher's response notes that "date
of separation from government service" is within the limitations of what should be disclosed. However, no date of separation has been supplied. Please identify Mr. Solomon Caviness' date of separation.
