Solid Waste collection and disposal contracts
Dear Maywood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Requesting a copy of your trash collection contract with your waste collection company if not serviced by your DPW. Also looking for the town disposal contract you have with the solid waste transfer you are bringing your trash to. Thank you.

This office is in receipt of your OPRA request regarding Maywood's trash
collection and waste transfer contracts. Please see the attached pdf in
response to your request which contains the contract for the trash
collection. Be advised that there is not a separate contract for the
waste transfer as that is part of the service that is provided by the
outside contractor.
At this time OPRA #117-20 is considered complete.
