Dear East Windsor Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A request for a site plan and development application was denied based on being too big to upload. To clarify what I am asking for - the site plan is a single page of a larger document. The cover page of that document should tell you what page contains the "Site Plan". That is the only page I need. Also, the development application should only be a couple of pages.

Site Plan and Development Application related to Application #24-005 regarding the public hearing scheduled for June 20, 2024. The property is located at 359 US Route 130 and designated as Block 57, Lots 9, 10 and 11. The property is owned by the applicant Katsifis Realty, LLC and Katsifis Family, LLC.
