Records requested: Please be advised that this office represents Daniel Sweeney with regard to an accident that occurred on June 29, 2021 on the corner of 61st Street and Pleasure Avenue (adjacent to 6100 Pleasure Avenue), Sea Isle, NJ. Please provide this office with any and all contracts, correspondence, permits, etc. between Sea Isle City and any individual contractor or company who performed construction, renovations and/or repairs to the sidewalk on the corner of 61st Street and Pleasure Avenue, Sea Isle, NJ within two years of the date of the accident. Please advise this office if there have been any prior Notice of Claims filed with regard to the above location. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact this office at any time.

The plans that were submitted by the Contractor/Company are not included due to the City not having the capability of copying and scanning them.
