Good Afternoon,

Please be advised that I am the Custodian of Records for the Pinelands
Regional School District Board of Education (the “Board”).  I am in
receipt of your April 2019 request (the “Request”) for records pursuant to
the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA” or the “Act”). Please also be advised
that the Board Offices were closed from 12pm on Friday April 19 until 8am
on April 29, 2019 and your request was received on Monday April 29th. The
Request seeks:

 1. All records of inquiries or correspondence from 2014 through 2019 with State, Ocean County, and Little Egg Harbor Township authorities regarding the installation of a sidewalk on the high school side of Nugentown Road.

Please be advised that the Board requires additional time to process the
requests.  Accordingly, the Board will provide you with any records it may
have responsive to the requests on or before May 16, 2019.  Thank you in
advance for understanding.

Thank you for your courtesies.  In your OPRA request you indicated that
your preferred method to receive communications from the Board is through
e-mail.  Therefore, this letter is being sent to you via e-mail. If I can
