Dear Somerset County,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

All of her 2024 K9 reports
All of her 2024 Daily Activity Reports/Sheets/Logs with reports including vehicle mileage accountability
All K9 requests/responses documented in CAD with her response dictating if a K9 was available and what K9 team responded
All VCSPOSS entries for overtime, including departmental overtime, special detail overtime, and extra detail overtime including all road job/extra duty overtime sheets
All VCSPOSS entries of overtime for afternoon supervisor
All 2024 Schedule changes, reason for schedule changes, and the approval for any schedule changes by a supervisor
All 2024 undocumented time off not in the scheduling system to include what she refers to as “flex time”; how her 2023 “flex time” was accrued; date and times worked accruing the “flex time” all documentation proving she earned “flex time” and what daily activities she conducted to earn said “flex time” off her supervisor’s approval to accrue “flex time”; her supervisor’s approval to use her “flex time”; and what was her “flex time” used for (ie taken flex time to work a road job); and where her “flex time” is formally documented and tracked.
All 2024 emails from Sgt. Snook to her unit advising the use of “flex time” and the rule implemented to use “flex time”
All 2024 VCSPOSS entries referencing “flex time” for Sgt. Snook
All 2023 K9 and all in-service trainings Sgt. Snook attended
All firearms qualification dates and scores for handgun, rifle, shotgun, and all firearms approved for her to carry on duty
All 2024 Veterinarian records for her department issued K9 and paid for by the agency
All 2024 DRE/DUI reports or reports of her involvement in DRE/DUI investigations
All of her supervisor’s approval to attend training for overtime
All of her supervisor’s approval to move/alter her schedule to compensate the ability to work overtime
All 2024 K9 requests that were requested thru the Somerset County K9 Online Request Form; Sgt. Snook’s approval and denial requests and all emails denying a request with her explanation for such denied requests
All 2023 and All 2024 EZPass records including but not limited to all toll readings including dates and times for Karissa Hahn's department issued vehicle and/or department owned vehicle used by Karissa Hahn
