For clarity, this request seeks the actual seven pages of responsive records, including any attachments, cover pages, transmittal emails, memoranda, agenda materials, briefing materials, summaries, or other documents comprising or enclosing those seven pages.

Dear Sussex County Community College,

I write to follow up and clarify the records requested.

This request concerns the approximately seven pages of follow-up items referenced in the College’s Tuesday, March 24, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting materials, under the heading “Middle States Update.”

Specifically, the minutes state that the College had received a request from the Middle States evaluation team for additional documentation totaling approximately seven pages of follow-up items, and that the administration was preparing responses and assembling the requested materials.

For clarity, I am requesting electronic copies of those approximately seven pages of follow-up items, together with any records comprising, enclosing, transmitting, responding to, or reflecting the College’s response to those items.

Please provide the records by email attachment. If any portion is withheld or redacted, please identify the record and state the specific legal basis for the denial.
