There is and was no settlement with the Fair Share Housing Center.
Attached please find a copy of the February 18, 2020 Court Order approving
the Third Round Mount Laurel Settlement Agreement of the builders remedy
litigation filed by Tower Gate Associates; a copy of the February 4, 2020
Fair Share Housing Center letter of no objection to the entry of the
Order; and the Final Court Order of Compliance and Judgment of Repose
dated September 15, 2021.

This shall satisfy your request.
