dates of your request as the Subject line states 2006-today, however the
body of your email states 2016-today.
Regardless of the timeline, as some records are filed off site, I am
requesting an extension to Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
Please verify the dates, let me know if the extension is acceptable and I

Dear Patrick,
Due to the extensive amount of files that need to be pulled from offsite and copied, after some discussion I am requesting an extension till Dec. 13, 2023 to supply you with all of the information requested in your OPRA request.
Should we acquire any of the more recent records prior to that date, we will send them to you at that time.
