Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Estate of Tennant v. Pleasantville Board, et al, Docket No. ATL-L-0889-20 and ATL-L-0901-20. (Note that this request is being sent to both the City of Pleasantville and the Pleasantville School District.)

Dear Ms. King-Ali:

I submitted my OPRA request to the City because the City was named as a defendant in Ms. Tennant's March 19, 2020 motion to file a late tort claim notice, Docket No. ATL-L-901-20. I did not believe that there was much of a chance that the City would have participated in the settlement but I felt that it may have had a copy of the settlement agreement on file.
