Litigations and Settlement Agreements
As a result of your request for copies of all settlement agreements
between January 1, 2002 and April 15, 2022, I have identified the
following litigations in the [1]njcourts.com system.
Badjkowski v. South Amboy Police Department [still pending]
Corrigan v. Ster [dismissed but I do not think SA was party to the
settlement agreement]
Durst v. New Jersey Transit & South Amboy [dismissed on summary judgment]
Feng v. Ster [consolidated and resolved with Corrigan]
Genan Rema v. Sara [appears to have been dismissed by Judge Wolfson in
2005]
Insurance Auto Auctions v. Carteret Fire [still pending]
James Joe v. City of South Amboy [dismissed in 2019 without reference to
any settlement agreement]
Paulson v. Ster [consolidated and resolved with Corriganh and Feng]
PBA SOA v. City of South Amboy [case was tried and decided by judge - no
settlement agreement]
Rodriguez v. City of South Amboy [settlement agreement provided to Mr.
Russell]
City of South Amboy v. South Amboy Land Development [settled in 2019.
Settlement. I have a copy of the settlement agreement, which is not
confidential, and a copy will be provided to Mr. Russell]
Toth v. Ster Developers - [resolved without City entering into an
agreement]
Williams v. City of South Amboy - case was settled but we do not hvae a
copy of the settlement agreement from JIF. It has been requested.
