I am away on vacation and will return to the office on Thursday, August
10. I will need an extension to the seven work day response time which
would require a response no later than Thursday, August 10. I should be
able to respond by Monday, August 14.

In response to your OPRA request received by the Custodian of Records on
Monday, July 31, 2023, please see my comments below and the attached
documents.
1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Monika Vakulchik v.
Dunellen Board, Docket No. MID-L-6351-20
This matter is still under negotiation. We do not have a final
settlement agreement signed by both parties at this time.
2. For Monika Vakulchik, his or her "name, title, position, most recent
annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason
therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
See attached documents titled "MV Current Position Record" and "MV
Employment History Screen" for these details. Ms. Vakulchik is currently
employed by the district. She had a temporary separation which is the
subject of the above-referenced settlement negotiation. Since this is
part of an ongoing legal matter being handled by the board attorney, the
details are protected by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 as a 'record within the
attorney-client privilege'.
3. For Amanda Lamoglia, his or her "name, title, position, most recent
annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason
therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

the superintendent and he asked that I share the information in the
