Medical/Health information is denied as they are exempt in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, “… information relating to medical, psychiatric or
psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation …” shall not be
considered to be government records subject to public access pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., State of New Jersey Executive Order #26.
