1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Duane Dooley v. Lt. Raymond Garcia, et al, Docket No. ESX-L-1149-20
2. For Detective Lieutenant Raymond Garcia, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
3. All CDR-1, CDR-2, special forms of complaint and other forms of complaint issued against Duane Dooley regarding events occurring on or about October 30, 2018.

For item # 3 We are still working on a response request and will need an
extension beyond seven days, we expect to provide a response on or before
