RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Kelly Connelly v. Township of Piscataway, et al, Docket No. MID-L-1794-22.

2. CDR-1, CDR-2 or other form of complaint issued on or about September 30, 2021 against Alan Barboiu based on his alleged conduct toward a female police dispatcher.

3. Letter or other writing from Middlesex County Prosecutor that downgraded or remanded the charges described by #2 above.

4. Barboiu alleges that he was given a 45 day suspension based on his alleged conduct toward the dispatcher but that the suspension "was vacated pending an administrative appeal on the charges and findings." I'd like a copy of the document that vacated the suspension.

5. For Kelly Connelly, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

6. For Alan Barboiu, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
