Dear JOHN PAFF,

request by the Township of Galloway. The Custodian of Records received
your request on 03/27/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is 04/05/2023.

The request seeks access to the following records:

1. Settlement Agreement or Release that Resolved KJD, LLC v. Galloway
Township et al, Federal Case No. 1:21-CV-20486.
2. The amended complaint filed on or about February 11, 2022 in KJD, LLC
v. GallowayTownship et al, Federal Case No. 1:21-cv-20486.

your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court

law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court should be
