Settlement Agreement

BACKGROUND:
It seems odd to me that the wrongful death action of Estate of Anthony Hernandez v. Patrolman Kyle Pankok, et al, Docket No. SLM-L-127-21 would have been dismissed on August 29, 2022 for the plaintiff's failure to comply with discovery requirements. I'm just checking to see if perhaps the case was settled and that the parties forgot to advice the court of the settlement.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
Settlement agreement or release that resolved the case identified above.
Mr. Paff,
I have checked with the attorney representing the Township in this matter
and he informs me that there has not been any settlement, therefore there
are no documents that can be provided.
He further informed me that what you have stated is correct, that the case
was dismissed for the plaintiff's failure to comply with discovery
requirements.
