BACKGROUND:

In your office's April 14, 2023 response to my April 11, 2023 request, I was provided with a PDF file that contained a) documents regarding Denise Brodo's lawsuit (which are not relevant to the present OPRA request) and b) a Settlement Agreement and Release of Scott Bishop's settlement with the Township of Docket No. CAM-L-1166-18. However, there were four plaintiffs in that case and I would like any similar settlement agreements between the Township and the other three plaintiffs (i.e., Sean Gooley, Joseph Johnston and Thomas Whalen).

RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. Settlement Agreement or Releases that resolved Sean Gooley's claims brought under Scott Bishop, et al, v. Haddon Township, Docket No. CAM-L-1166-18.

2. Settlement Agreement or Releases that resolved Joseph Johnston's claims brought under Scott Bishop, et al, v. Haddon Township, Docket No. CAM-L-1166-18.

3. Settlement Agreement or Releases that resolved Thomas Whalen's claims brought under Scott Bishop, et al, v. Haddon Township, Docket No. CAM-L-1166-18.

I see the problem. It was e-mailed to me directly instead of via OPRAMachine. It's best to use the OPRAMachine's unique e-mail address so that the responses are shared with public instead of just the requestor.
