Serenity Tadors aka Serenity Hone-Tadros and Richard Hone emails 2020 to current

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Point Pleasant Beach School District should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Point Pleasant Beach School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. All emails to and from William Smith (Superintendent) from September 1, 2020 through January 25, 2024 including: TO, FROM, SUBJECT, TIME, DATE, ATTACHMENTS, and ALL COPIED INDIVIDUALS as they relate to SERENITY TADROS aka SERENITY HONE-TADROS and RICHARD HONE.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Hone

Brian Savage, Point Pleasant Beach School District

Dear Mr. Hone,

I received your three requests for emails which were made under both the
Open Public Records Act, and the common-law right of access.  These
requests were received on January 29, 2024, making a response due by
Wednesday, February 7, 2024.  However, due to the breadth of the requests,
which seeks all emails to and from three District administrators which
“relate to SERENITY TADROS aka SERENTITY HONE TADROS and RICHARD HONE”
over a period of more than three years, additional time is needed to
provide a response.  Therefore, the District is hereby notifying you that
it will require an additional ten business days, and will provide a
response to these requests on or before Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Should you have any questions, please contact me.

Sincerely,

Brian F. Savage, Ed.D.

Brian Savage, Point Pleasant Beach School District

Dear Mr. Hone,

I am writing with an update as to the District’s response to your OPRA
requests for emails to and from myself, Superintendent William Smith, and
Principal Tara Weber from September 2021 through January 2024.  The
District is continuing its review of documents responsive to these OPRA
requests.  Unfortunately, due to the number of documents at issue, and the
fact that individuals whose work was needed to process the request were
out of town for a significant portion of February, the District requires
additional time to complete its response.  Therefore, the District is
hereby notifying you that it will require an additional eight business
days to process your response, and we anticipate having a full response to
provide on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Should you have any questions please contact me.

Sincerely,

Brian
