Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. All permits, plans, approvals, or records relating to the installation, modification, or abandonment of a septic system.

Any septic system inspection reports or maintenance logs on file.

Any records of septic tank abandonment or conversion to public sewer.

Site plans or plot plans showing septic system locations.

Any correspondence or reports regarding septic system issues or complaints.
