All septic system permits or inspection records

Certificate of Occupancy (CO) and/or smoke detector certifications

Any records related to rental registration or rental inspections

Please note that the certification language required under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f) was inadvertently omitted from my initial request. I understand that a prior conviction does not disqualify me from requesting or receiving records under the Open Public Records Act (see N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.). I am submitting this certification in full compliance.
