Dear Holmdel Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All Permit activity regarding building/construction at property address 42 Bethany Road. Particularly any records regarding the conversion of the home from septic to public sewer and any zoning restrictions related to the underground septic tank at the rear of the property.

This is in regard to a potential purchase and subsequent transfer of property ownership.
