Dear Ocean County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Copies of the monthly Death Notice List (record series # 0030-0000) for September 2022 for Brick Township. As a reminder, per NJ's OPRA law: "Custodians must notify the requestor in writing, within the statutorily mandated seven (7) business days and provide an anticipated deadline date upon which the records will be provided."
