Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

hey mr cofer this is charlie craterville with food and water watch hope
you're doing well i'm reaching out about two requests we filed 383935 and
383937 and i think there's just a little confusion where we got a response
to the 937 request for video recording but you you know that was sent in
response to 935 uh oprah machine request so they you know sort of umm not
sure for the emails are switched up or you know it appears you're you're
you know details of the records request indicate that you responded with a
responsive record to sort of the the the the other request so i'm just
letting you know that and making sure that we're still going to get a
response to our request for pre registration form responses we need to see
who signed up to speak at this september 10th hearing and you know the the
request for that has been responded to by saying that the requested
records online on youtube which again fulfills our other request 937 but
not the actual request for the record on this request 935 so just want to
make sure we're still going to get that and you can call me back if you
