This email is to acknowledge receipt of your OPRA request dated and
received via email on 2/11/2021.  This response is being provided on the
seventh business day after the receipt of your request.

Attached please find document(s) in response to your recent OPRA request.
Please note the following:

Item #2: Does not identify a record.

Item #6: No such record exists. I have confirmed with the Engineer that
this was discussed verbally but no formal estimate was produced.

Item #7:  Is considered too vague as it does not identify a specific
record.

Item #9:  Is considered too vague as it does not identify a specific
record.

The Open Public Records Act provides for citizen access to specifically
identified public records.  Searches, requests for information or requests
that ask questions are NOT valid OPRA requests.

To the best of my knowledge, no other records exist that would be
responsive to your request.  If you are aware of a specific document that
you believe has been omitted, please clearly identify that record by name,
date and subject matter.

This will close this OPRA request.
