This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Copy of all Send-Receive Agreements between Jamesburg School District (Board of Ed) and the Monroe Township School District (Board of Ed) including but not limited to any Amendments and/or Addendums. More specifically, I'm looking for the Send-Receive Agreement executed in 1978 or 1979 to allow Jamesburg High School students to attend Monroe Township High School.

Any Send-Receive Agreements prior to 1978 whereby Monroe was paying Jamesburg Tuition if any to attend Jamesburg High School.

2011 Send-Receive Agreement or Extension, if any, between Jamesburg and Monroe Township Schools.

Any court orders, board resolutions, complaints, correspondence, or rulings issued in reference to the debt service and/or send-receive agreement between Jamesburg School District and Monroe Township School District, from 2008 to present.

Any correspondence between Monroe Township Schools Board of Education, Business Administrator, and the Jamesburg Schools Board of Education and Business Administrator regarding tuition and transportation costs from Jamesburg to Monroe High School, for the years the Send-Receive Agreement (Agreements) has been in force.
