This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide a list of all persons who registered to testify and the organization they registered to speak for if any at all of the public hearings held by the Senate and Assembly Budget Committee on the proposed State Budget for Fiscal Year 2023.
