Dear Syliesha Scott,

327 E. Evesham Ave has pole markers on the property, suggesting utilities such aswater or something was buried under the ground. A water basin was created on the property. Seeking utility permits, records of variances or construction/development permits, and any records that can tell me what those polls mean and what permits have been filed for that property in the past.
