Dear Lindenwold Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Any and all email correspondence (including attachments) sent or received by Mayor Richard Roach using either the mayor’s official or private email address that includes Ralph Condo or James Lex (of the Camden County Improvement Authority) as a sender, recipient, or CC'd party January 1, 2018, and March 31, 2018.

If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal exemption cited for redaction or denial
If no such records exist, please state that in writing rather than denying the request.

This request (filed July 16, 2026, due July 27, 2026) has received no response. No acknowledgment, extension notice, grant, or denial. As no response was provided within the statutory deadline, this request is considered a deemed denial under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i).
