Any and all email correspondence (including attachments) sent or received by Mayor Richard Roach using either the mayor’s official or private email address that includes Ralph Condo or James Lex (of the Camden County Improvement Authority) as a sender, recipient, or CC'd party between August 1, 2017, and December 31, 2017.

If no such records exist, please state that in writing rather than denying the request.
