Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I hereby request the following government records:
1. All Borough Council meeting minutes in which the Lindenwold Public Library, library funding, library staffing, or library legal status was discussed, from January 1, 2000, to the present.
2. All resolutions passed by the Borough Council related to the library from 2000 to present, including budget resolutions, personnel resolutions, and any resolutions regarding library governance.
3. All Library Advisory Board meeting minutes from 2000 to present.
4. Any correspondence between Borough Council members and the library supervisor or library staff from 2000 to the present
