Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. 1. All grant applications submitted by or on behalf of the Lindenwold Public Library for any period from
2000 to present, including the name of the grant, the funding source, the amount requested, and whether
the application was approved.
2. All grant award letters or notifications received by the Borough or the library for library-related grants
from 2000 to present.
3. All expenditure records, receipts, or financial reports documenting how any library grant funds were
spent from 2000 to the present.
4. Any audit reports, financial reviews, or correspondence from any state or federal agency regarding
library grant fund usage from 2000 to present.
5. Any internal communications (including emails) regarding library grant applications, awards, or
expenditures from 2000 to present.
