Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Records requested:
Regarding Property: 1410 Laurel Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 (Block 238, Lots 1.02, 1.06, and 1.07, or any combination thereof representing the former CVS/CSL Plasma facility site).
1. Stormwater & Engineering Records: Any engineering reports, drainage surveys, stormwater management compliance letters, or municipal inspection reports from the past five (5) years regarding parking lot flooding, catch basin failures, or drainage issues on or immediately adjacent to this parcel.
2. Code Enforcement & Violations: A complete log or list of any building, property maintenance, zoning, or code enforcement violations issued for this property from January 1, 2020, to the present date, including records of whether such violations were resolved.
3. Construction Permits & Certificates: Copies of any Certificates of Occupancy (CO) or Certificates of Approval issued for the property since 2019, specifically including any interior build-out approvals related to its occupancy by CSL Plasma or CVS.
4. Planning & Zoning Board Records: Any resolutions, site plan approvals, or variances granted by the Joint Land Use Board / Planning Board for this parcel within the last seven (7) years.
If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal exemption cited for redaction or denial.
