Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF MUNICIPAL PORTION OF HANDGUN
CARRY PERMIT FEE UPON SUBMISSION OF RECEIPT." Specifically seeking an email with date and time stamp of when this resolution was sent to, received by, and opened by Mr. Sharkey, or any related records that would demonstrate the same.

(2) Records relating to the November 12, 2025 "PUBLIC WORKSHOP: Council Committee Discussion- Discussion regarding censure of Council Member Brenden Sharkey and his removal from Finance Committee." Specifically seeking records related to or demonstrating the outcome of this workshop, and any resolution, vote, or measure to censure Mr. Sharkey, as well as any other events or instances where Mr. Sharkey may have been censured by the Council which may be part of public records.
