I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated

August 31, 2022 (our file no. 22-802 ). 

Please be advised that a review of your OPRA request and unfortunately
cannot be fulfilled. This request is too broad and there is no report that
we can provide for ‘all’ tax/ utility/ lien billing and payments; the
request must be for a ‘specific range’ of account(s.)/dates/etc.
