Dear Wayne Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Copies of all security video or surveillance video from the James W Roe pool on August 5th, 2023 from the hours of 9:50 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
2) Copies of any report prepared in regard to an incident that took place on August 5, 2023 involving Stacey Gottesman of 94 Independence Avenue, Wayne, New Jersey including handwritten notes and written documents prepared.
3) Any and all other documents relating to the incident described in item 2 of this request.
