I'm writing to submit a public records request for documents associated with any and all security consulting contracts in place for the City of Newark. Specifically I'd like to request a copy of any current contracts, a copy of all changes/addendum, a copy of all wage/bill rates, a copy of all evaluation documentation, and a copy of the winning proposal.
