Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

WHEREAS TIME: 12:15pm - 2:00pm
WHEREAS: A call of service was made to the "Union City Board of Education Center" 3912 Bergen Turnpike. Union City NJ 07087.
WHEREAS: Lt. Glenn Gaston, Sgt Delatore, Oficer Bido and Officer Arias, was on scene for the time, date, location as noted.
THEREFORE:
• Provide all security camera footages (including security camera footage of the lobby) of Lt. Gaston, Sgt Delatore, Oficer Bido and Officer Arias, with parameters as noted above. Including incident of arrest.

IF costs to exceed $0.00; provide an itemized, detailed invoice of costs.

Additionally, I see there are other OPRA request filed on the record on this website in which the district has answer with appropriate requested material. Those requests as seen publicly was filed in the same manner and not directly to Justin Mercado. Can you also explain as to why my request would have to be filed directly to Justine rather than it being addressed in this forum like other requests have?
