Dear Jackson Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et
seq.), I hereby request access to and a copy of the following records:

1.  A list of all landlords, property owners, or entities currently
receiving Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) or any other subsidies under
the Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher program administered by the DCA.

2.  For each payee, please include the specific property address
(including unit number where applicable) for which the public funds are
being disbursed.

3.  The total amount of public funds paid to each landlord/owner for these
properties during the most recent 12-month period available.

Note on Redactions:

I am not requesting the names, social security numbers, or personal
identifying information of the individual tenants/residents. Please redact
all tenant-specific information as required by the Federal Privacy Act of
1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a).

However, per NJ case law regarding the expenditure of public funds, the
identity of the vendor (landlord) and the location of the subsidized
property are matters of public record. If any portion of this request is
denied, please provide a specific legal citation for the exemption and a
Vaughn Index for any withheld documents.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.  If you
are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person
and provide their email address to me for future reference.
