RECORDS REQUESTED:

This request regards the Montville Police Department's 2022 Internal Affairs Summary report. This report can be found on-line at the "internal affairs" page of the police department's website. The report can be downloaded by clicking on the link labeled "Annual Statistical Internal Affairs Summary (current year)." The table in the lower left quadrant of the report's first page, shows that one officer was "discharged from employment."

I would like:

1. For the officer who was "discharged from employment," his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

2. Any letter of resignation regarding that officer.

3. If there is an agreement, such as a termination, settlement or other writing that set forth the terms and conditions of the officer's separation from employment, I would like a copy of this agreement.
