1. For James Denman, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor" as well as "the amount and type of any pension received." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
2. If Denman separated from his employment, please provide any separation agreement or other writing that sets forth the terms and conditions of his separation from employment.
