Dear Dawn Gambacorto,

While I do not understand how the request is too broad in any way, I will attempt to clarify.

I am looking for written authorizations given to any Long Branch Police Officer to work for a secondary employer outside of their capacity as a Long Branch Police Officer. This does NOT include work performed for contractors scheduled and performed in their capacity as a Police Officer ( e.g. JCP&L, NJ American Water, etc). As an example, if an officer works for a privately owned transportation company while off duty and received authorization from the City of Long Branch to do so, I am requesting copies of those authorizations.

Yours sincerely,

Richard Petty

Dear Dawn Gambacorto,

Why was my request closed? You never provided me with any of the requested documents. You requested clarification, I provided it, and now you are attempting to state my request was closed? Under what legal basis was my request closed? Please cite specific state statute.

I am once again requesting the following information under OPRA. I am not required to submit this request on a form:
